It was an awesome day of strong running for Team Ladera in Cascade Locks, OR. The race starts off across the Bridge of the Gods, a historic and iconic bridge that spans the great Columbia River. Mike and Steve had strong performances in the 10K – Steve in 51:17 for 5th out of 17 in 50-59, Mike in 1:08:53 for the win in 70+ ! Jennifer, just a few days back to running after a 6-month injury layoff, was happy to finish the 5K in 35:45 – good for 2nd out of 12 in 50-59! It was a fun and scenic race and great training for Hood to Coast and Fox Cities Marathon Relay – coming up soon!
